Ask your Uber or Lyft driver to take you to the DC War Memorial near the World War II Memorial on the National Mall, specifically at one of these two locations:

Drop off at Homefront Drive SW next to the World War II Memorial. (link) Then walk towards the JFK Hockey Fields until you see the DC War Memorial on the left tucked away in the shade trees on the left.

Drop off at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial (link), then walk across Independence Ave SW to the DC War Memorial.
